Bayside U12s second at Endless Summer Soccer tourney

The Bayside U12 soccer team took second at the Endless Summer Soccer Tournament Sept. 15-16 in Panama City.They are (front, from left): T.J. The Bayside U12 boys soccer team recently took second place in the Endless Summer Soccer Tournament in Panama City.

Bayside defeated Bay United and Crestview Southern Soccer Academy by identical 5-2 scores on Sept. 15 before losing two to the Dothan Youth U12s, including 6-1 in the championship game.

Goals scorers for Bayside were as follows:

Bayside 5, Bay United 2 - Hunter Sperry scored two goals, while Cesar Saurez, Josh Ceravolo and Jace Mungai all had one each.

Bayside 5, Southern Soccer Academy 2 - Saurez and Brai Royer had two goals each, while Brubaker had one.

Dothan Youth U12s 9, Bayside 1 - Matthew Cutler scored for Bayside.

Championship Game

Dothan Youth U12s 6, Bayside 1 - Sperry scored Bayside's lone goal in the title game.
