Dolphin golfers look to ride summer momentum into season

Two members of the GBHS golf team placed in the recent Panhandle Junior Golf Tour event at Shalimar Pointe Country Club on August 18-19. Results are as follows:

Junior Golf Tour event

Sarah Hicks chalked up another win, recently winning the SJGT Championship held at the Golf Club Of Georgia in Alpharetta.

Hicks won her division (12- 14) by three shots over Mira Alexander and she was also crowned points winner for 2007 in her division.

She shot the second low round in the field of girls the first day with a 75 and ended the three-day tournament with a 144 total.
