Davidson is 'Kid of the Week'

Robyn Davidson, the kid of the week, is the 15-yearold daughter of David and Terri Davidson and granddaughter of Harry and Pat Trachy. Davidson was born in Richmond, Va. and moved to Gulf Breeze when she was 5 years old. Her parents were raised in Gulf Breeze so their move to this area was like a homecoming. David works with Lexington Furniture Industries and Terri is a real estate agent with Remax on the Coast. Robyn has a brother, Michael, who is a sophomore at Florida State University. She is looking forward to visiting him this fall for a few football games.

Davidson is a good student at Gulf Breeze High School. She earned an A average in her freshman year and is getting ready for her sophomore year. She is not only smart but she likes sports as well. She played on the junior varsity volleyball team at Gulf Breeze High School last year and is a member of the varsity this year. If she had to decide today what she would do after graduating from college, she would say a teacher.

Davidson is very active at Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church. She loves hanging out with her friends and doing all the things that young teenage girls do, such as going to the beach and shopping at the mall. She adores Chester, the family dog, and Abby, the family cat, and takes a lot of responsibility for their care. Her grandmother, Pat, says: "Robin is a very sweet girl who tries to make every one around her happy."
