Evan Ogden is Kid of the week

Evan Ogden, the kid of the week, is the son of Jim and Carleen Ogden. Jim is an Adaptive physical education teacher in Santa Rosa County who works with disabled kids. Carleen owns the local Hallmark store in Gulf Breeze Proper. Evan has an older brother and sister who are in college.

Evan is an avid sportsman and loves animals. He plays right wing with the Junior Ice Pilots; he's on the high school wrestling team; has played baseball for about 6 years as a catcher and third baseman; and he likes to fish sometime with his Dad.

Evan is entering the 6th grade. He's making his passage from Elementary School to Middle School; a place of changing rooms for each subject and having multiple teachers rather than just one. Each session is wrought with strange new places filled with different expectations but Evan is looking forward to it. He says, "I'm gonna do good."
