Dr. Thomas Kelly of Navarre and Patricia Overlade of Gulf Breeze, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Laura Cathlin Kelly, to Gabriel Stewart Ridley (Gabe), son of Mary Faye and Jerry Ridley of Cairo, Ga.
