Melody Price, Senior Branch Office Administrator at the Edward Jones branch office of Scott Shanks, AAMS in Gulf Breeze, has been honored for her client service excellence.

This recognition earned Price an invitation to Edward Jones' inaugural Branch Office Administrators Managing Partner's Conference in September at the firm's headquarters in St. Louis.

The meeting will pool 300 of Edward Jones' branch office administrators to collectively recognize and reward their client service excellence, as well as take time to pinpoint the critical activities necessary to provide excellent client service.

"Service excellence is how Edward Jones distinguishes itself in the financial services industry, and that is how Melody has distinguished herself," said Edward Jones Managing Partner James D. Weddle. "We want to learn from her success and share her insights with others."

Price said being invited to the conference is not only an honor but a chance to freshen ideas for enhancing client service.
