Spa rape suspect gets court date

Gulf Breeze nail salon owner Tanh Van "Victor" Ho, arrested on charges of sexual battery in November of 2006, will stand trial Aug. 6.

Ho is accused of forcing himself on female patrons of Nail Spa Company, located at 3088 Gulf Breeze Parkway.

At least three female victims came forward as a result of the media coverage stemming from the first incident. One female victim stated that she came to Ho's salon for a manicure and a pedicure. Ho recommended that the victim also have her eyebrows waxed. He then took the victim to a back room and had her lie on a table. Once the alleged assault began, the victim found the door had been locked.
