View the stars Friday night at Ft. Pickens

Anight under the stars is set for tomorrow night for those who come to Fort Pickens entrance from 8:30 to 11 p.m.

Volunteers from the Escambia County Amateur Astronomer's Association will set up several telescopes about one tenth of a mile west on Fort Pickens Road for public viewing of stars, planets and constellations.

The program is free and will occur if weather permits. Details: 934- 2600.
