NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 08-07
Please be advised that Proposed Ordinance No.08-07 was presented to the City Council of the City of Gulf Breeze for the first reading on Monday, July 2, 2007, and will be presented for final reading and adoption at a City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, July 16, 2007, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 1070 Shoreline Drive, Gulf Breeze, Florida.

The title of the proposed ordinance is as follows:

ORDINANCE NO. 08-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GULF BREEZE AMENDING SECTION 23-16 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GULF BREEZE PROHIBITING NON-CONFORMING USE OF ELECTRONIC READERBOARDS; REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ADHERENCE TO REGULATIONS OF THE USE OF ELECTRONIC READER BOARDS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public in the City Clerk's office at City Hall. Interested parties may appear at the Council meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or public hearing, such person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and any evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
