Celebrity Chef does not disappoint
Celebrity chef Robert Irvine joined eat! Chef Alphonse 'Lee' Lucier and Diane M. Henderiks, RD, 'Dietitian in the Kitchen," for an evening of gourmet foods paired with fantastic wines, and the crowd was not disappointed. Irvine is the host of Food Network's Dinner Impossible. He is regularly invited to cook for heads of state and celebrities, and prepared a meal the day before the Pensacola event for 1,800 veterans in Milwaukee. "It's only right to give something back to them," Irvine said. "After all, they have given their lives and limbs for us." The chefs visited the dining room during and after dinner, and above top, Kathy Tanner welcomes Hendericks to her table with Karen McCurdy and Susan and Michael Tracy (counter clockwise) while Chef Irvine and Chef 'Lee' enjoy an animated conversation with Clay Roesch about the gourmet experience, bottom photo.
The three chefs recently appeared together in New York at the national kick-off party for Restaurants Against Hunger.
