Mosley graduates from Emory's Candler School of Theology Ashlee B. Mosley of Pensacola and Gulf Breeze, FLreceived a Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology, Emory University during commencement activities on May 14, 2007. A total of 157 degrees in four graduate programs were awarded at the diploma ceremony. The keynote speaker at the Candler School of Theology was Dean Jan Love who offered the graduates a welcome "as colleagues in new roles and adventures in ministry." Gail O'Day, associate dean of faculty and academic affairs, and Steven J. Kraftchick, director of general and advanced studies and associate professor of the practice of New Testament, teamed up to announce the graduates. In all, the school awarded 111 master of divinity degrees, 23 master of theological studies degrees, 13 master of theology degrees, and one doctor of theology degree. Candler School of Theology is one of 9 schools at Emory University and one of 13 official seminaries of the United Methodist Church. The school is known for its exceptional faculty and Pitt Theology Library. Mosley graduated from University of West Florida in 2004 with a bachelor of arts in philosophy and religious studies. She is a member of the Alabama-West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. |
