GBSA's U10s,U9s All Stars win at Navarre Beach Bash

Gulf Breeze Dolphins U10 All Stars team had a clean sweep this weekend at the Navarre Baseball Beach Bash.

Team members include Nick Henry, Riley Nolan, Troy Stringfellow, Jacob Kubik, Mitchell Robbins, Zak Dobar, Garner Curington, Cole Brown, Sam Covell, Peyton Hoover and Josh Argentine. Coaches are: Keith Curington, Jim Kubik, Mark Stringfellow and Joe Henry.

GB Dolphins 2, Navarre All Stars 1: Riley Nolan singled and scored the first run, while Peyton Hoover scored the second run on an RBI by Josh Argentine.

Mitchell Robbins struck out nine batters for the win.

GB Dolphins 8, West Cobb Wolfpack 7: Zak Dobar, Cole Brown and Peyton Hoover each had doubles, while Riley Nolan singled twice.

Nick Henry fielded the last out with a throw to first for the win.

GB Dolphins 8, Navarre All Stars 7: Riley Nolan singled once and scored twice, while Mitchell Robbins singled and doubled and scored twice in a one-run win over Navarre.

Peyton doubled and scored once for Gulf Breeze.

Championship Game - Gulf Breeze Dolphins 13, Perdido All Stars 5: Mitchell Robbins had a single and a double, Peyton Hoover singled twice and doubled as Gulf Breeze won the championship.

Jacob Kubik, Troy Stringfellow and Sam Covell each tripled, while Garner Curington and Josh Argentine each singled for the win.

U9s

The U9 All Stars scored double digit runs in every game to win their age group.

Wave 10, Tiger Point 2: Zane Gill had two hits and scored once, while Sam Joyce tripled and scored twice as the Wave won their opener over Tiger Point.

Blake Fournie scored twice in the win, while Adam Colston, Corey Nolan, Jace Amberson, Nick Liebig and Matthew deMahy all scored once.

Wave 11, Perdido Blues 1: The Wave scored three in the first and seven in the second to roll past the Perdido Blues.

Joyce scored three times for the Wave, while Colston scored twice and drove in two in the win. Nolan, Amberson, Bradley Proctor and deMahy all scored once.

Wave 13, Navarre 0: Amberson threw a no-hitter and went 2-for-2 in a win over Navarre.

Julian Gordon, Nolan, Amberson and Fournie all scored twice in the win, while Wade Niles, Colston, Gill, Proctor and deMahy all scored once.

Wave 12, Navarre 4: The Wave scored six in the fourth to pull away in the title game.

Gill threw a one-hitter and struck out 11, while singling and scoring once. Liebig had a single, a run scored and three RBIs, while Joyce, Amberson and DeMahy all scored twice. Gill, Gordon, Nolan and Proctor all scored runs in the win.
