AFJROTC hosting Orientation Progam July 16-20

Gulf Breeze High's AFJROTC will be hosting a "Air Force Junior ROTC Orientation Program" July 16-20 for students enrolled in JROTC for the first time.

It will be held at Gulf Breeze High School in the ROTC Room 816. The orientation will run from 8 a.m.-12 noon and will be conducted by the upper class cadets of this unit under the supervision of our two Aerospace Science Instructors, SMSgt Ken Armitage and Lt Col Wise.

The program will provide an opportunity to learn the basics of military drill, customs and courtesies, respect for the flag, and possible promotion ahead of their peers. Students should wear or bring tennis-type shoes and socks (some marching is done inside on tile floors).
