Second first time around
Michael Stemcosky took second place recently in his first amateur body building competition at the Panhandle Showdown. The event was put on by Max Muscle and Powerhouse Gym as the sponsors. Stemcosky competed in the lightweight division and was fourth in the overall novice division. "A lot of intense training, dieting, and hard work has got me where I am now," said Stemcosky, who will compete on June 11 at the South Belt Classic and July 28 at the Battle of Biloxi.
