Proctor wins in GBSA Minor League

Riley Nolan homered and scored twice to lead Proctor over Newell 7-1 in GBSA Minor League action on April 16.

Adam Colston scored twice in the win, while Hank Newell doubled and scored on a Nick Barnett single for Newell.

Gill 7, Joyce 0: Jacob Kubik had two hits, while Jace Amberson and David Carbaugh had a hit and a run scored for Gill April 16.

Austin Rothfetter had the only hit for Joyce.

Newell 5, Curington 4: Zack Argentine, Josh Argentine and Logan Smith all had a hit and a run scored for Newell on April 17.

Troy Stringfellow had a hit and a run scored for Curington.

Curington 3, Newell 2: Zak Dobar scored the game-winning run in the third inning on April 24. Will Green went 2-for-2 with a double and a run scored for Newell.

Gill 8, Keene 0: Jace Amberson had three hits and scored twice, while George Scifo had two hits and two runs scored April 25.

Blake Fournie, Peyton Hoover and Cole Nitterauer all had hits in the loss.

Proctor 10, Henry 6: Nick Henry scored twice, while Jake Smith had two hits for Proctor April 25.

Riley Nolan and Adam Colston both scored twice for Henry, while Thomas Walsh scored twice.

Keene 10, Newell 0: Blake Fournie, Cole Nitterauer and Mitch Grant both had two hits and two runs scored for Keene on April 28.

Parker Johnson had the only hit for Newell.

Gill 7, Curington 6: Zane Gill and Jacob Kubik both scored twice for Gill on April 28, while Jace Amberson had two hits.

Wade Niles, Troy Stringfellow and Zack Dobar all scored twice for Curington.

Proctor 10, Joyce 4: Riley Nolan went 4-for-4 and scored four times for Proctor on April 28, while Mitchell Robbins went 3-for-4 and scored three times.

Austin Rothfeder scored twice for Proctor.

Major League

Betta Stor It 4, Crooke 2: Taylor Baynes went 3-for-3 and scored twice for Betta Stor It April 24, while Ben Davis scored twice for Crooke.

Hawthorne 10, Aydelott 8: David Alverson, Graham Kaplan, Michael Neal and Josh Goldstein all scored twice for Hawthorne on April 24.

Brandon Aydelott, Nick Duggar, Preston Sellers and Matt Ryan all scored twice for Aydelott.

Aydelott 13, Flores 2: Carson Sharp scored three times for Aydelott on April 28, while T.J. Baughn, Matt Ryan, Preston Sellers and Matt Craighead all scored twice.

Ryan Burke and Luke Niles both had a hit and a run scored for Flores.

Baynes 21, Hawthorne 7: J.R. Schultz homered and scored three times for Baynes on April 28, while Blake Bidwell, Taylor Baynes and Cooper Jones all scored four times.

Michael Neal scored three times for Hawthorne, while Braden Samay scored twice.

Senior League

Chevillet 10, Higley 7: Eric Adams scored three times for Chevillet on April 24, while Bryce Wein scored twice.

Brandon Sorenson homered, tripled and scored twice for Higley.

Resort Realty 11, Tiger Point Red Sox 3: Max Glassman, Jase Brown, Michael Mann and John Bayer all scored twice for Resort Realty on April 28.

Trey Nichols tripled and scored once for the Red Sox.
