In a 04/28/07 Associated Press article, Dr. William Gray, a Physical scientist and respected Hurricane Forecaster stated that humans are not responsible for Global Warming. I can only say right on, man!

Most pro-human influence proponents have Social Science background and are drawing money from the government to do research or are politicians, as evidenced by the 85 percent plus social signers of the Kyoto Treaty. They, also, quote their own personally designed computer models to show that man is a major component of Global Warming. If you know anything about computers, you can recognize a possible "Garbage In - Garbage out" situation!! Those that believe that man has a very small input (2 percent or less) into Global Warming have mainly physical science backgrounds.

I am a retired Naval officer with a BS in engineering and a dual MS in Meteorology/Oceanography. Additionally, I have a Masters in Psychology, but that has nothing to do with Global Warming. I spent two tours with O p e r a t i o n Deep Freeze in Antarctica and flew ice observation missions in the Arctic area during my 20 years career.

I'd be glad to discuss Global warning with you, if you have a science background and can sensibly challenge the below items.

(a). Why are Antarctica and the Greenland ice caps increasing, while surrounded by your bad air? This is occurring while the floating ice fields (90 percent under water) are decreasing? Could it be that warmer ocean currents, influenced by solar rays, are warming the water?

(b). Why are Mars, Mercury and Venus heating up just as we are - SUVS out there?

(c). Both CO2 (carbon dioxide) and O3 (ozone) are clear gases - how are they affecting the earth's heating? Put glasses with clear water and tea outside and see which heats up faster and higher.

(d). Why did the UN, after years of inclusion, decide to remove the Medieval warming/ Ice cycle from their climactic journal? Was it that this historical event did not fit their theory on Global warming!! I think so! Are they hoping to steal more dollars from the U.S? Why not!!

My personal scientific opinion is that we are into a precursory warming cycle for the next few decades to be followed by a fairly strong cooling cycle. This cycle has been going on for eons.
