Adams will speak at trade expo

Local resident and GBHS graduate Heather Steinbach Adams will be a featured speaker at the intern a t i o n a l l y r e c o g n i z e d tile & stone expo COVERING'S in Chicago next week. Her topic of disc u s s i o n , geared towards architects, designers and contractors, is titled "Designing with stone - an interior design perspective". Heather is the founder of Natural Stone Design, a boutique style showroom located on the shores of Pensacola Bay in Gulf Breeze and is the author of three books published by the Manhattan, New York based firm Harry N. Abrams. Her titles include "STONE: Designing kitchens, baths & interiors with natural stone", "Designing a home with WOOD" and "TILE STYLE: Creating beautiful kitchens, baths & interiors with tile". Heather is also a freelance writer for a variety of magazines and publications devoted to the home interior and is a frequent contributor to national news and radio media outlets on the topic of interior design.
