Birmingham teen missing from GB area

Amanda Isbell, 16, is missing from the Gulf Breeze area after apparently meeting with Mobile resident Jake O'Rourke, 16. The two teens turned up missing on April 15.

Police reports indicate that the teens met and communicated on MySpace.

"These kids are both classified as runaways as of now," Gulf Breeze Police Lt. Hawthorne reports. "No foul play is suspected."

Isbell, from Birmingham, was discovered missing from her Bay Beach Inn hotel room at 3 a.m., and police suspect the two may have planned ahead of time to run away together. O'Rourke came over from Mobile some time that same day.
