Pets will parade Saturday at Pet Fest
STAFF REPORTS Gulf Breeze News news@gulfbreezenews.com

2006 Best of Show, Shasta, right, cozies up to owner Dove Bogan after last year's Pet Fest
O n Saturday, A p r i l 2 1 t h e G u l f Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce will proudly host its Annual Pet Fest at the Shoreline Bark Park across from the South Santa Rosa Recreation Center (800 Shoreline Drive) in Gulf Breeze from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pet Fest is a popular community event where pet lovers gather to socialize their pets, to learn about products and services from area vendors and to enjoy demonstrations. They participate in fun contests, have some great food and hear good music as well as watch square dancing dogs!

The proceeds from this year's event will benefit the Chamber, the Nancy Keyes Memorial Fund and the Shoreline Bark Park. Nancy Keyes was an avid pet lover and beloved employee of the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber of Commerce and resident of Gulf Breeze who passed away from cancer. The Chamber, the Keyes family and friends along with local businesses plan to honor Nancy with a permanent memorial at the Shoreline Bark Park. The funds will also be used to meet other needs within the Park.

Proof of rabies vaccination required.
