TP's Hanks throws no-hitter

Jason Thompson/Gulf Breeze News Opening day win RSC Equipment defeated Hershey's Ice Cream 7-4 in recent GBSA Major League action. Dylan Hanks threw a no-hitter and doubled, homered and scored twice for the Braves in a 9-4 win over the Cubs in recent Tiger Point Minor League action.

Gant Player and Jeffrey Tonti both scored for the Braves, while Tyler Thornton walked three times and scored once.

Major League

Pirates 2, Cardinals 0: Josh Risner and Austin Robertson both singled and scored for the Pirates in a win over the Cardinals.

Brandon Helm, Graham Marcus and Marco Pena all had singles for the Cardinals.

Braves 6, A's 0: Dylan Ferraro had two hits and scored once in a win for the Braves.

Kale Jarvis, Adam Enzian and Nick Morgan all singled and scored once for the Braves, while Xan Sarra went 2-for-2 for the A's.

Senior League

Braves 12, Gulf Breeze 7: Justin Lindeman went 3-for-3 and scored three times for the Braves.

Austin Smith and Tony Smith both scored twice in the win, while Danny Chevillet singled and scored twice for Gulf Breeze. George Neese scored twice in the loss.

Gulf Breeze 5 11, Yankees 7: Jacob Greer singled and scored twice in the win.

Dallas Biederman had two hits and scored once, while Trevor Black singled and scored once.

Minor League Softball

Tiger Point 12, Gulf Breeze 1 6: Abby McLelland, Meg Simpson and Kayla Carroll all scored twice for Tiger Point, while Allie Truett had two RBIs.

Regan Elliot, Katarina Espenscheid, Alexa Johnson, Sara Fabbro, Isabella Espenscheid and Sage Dunne all scored once in the loss, while Zoe Wight hit an RBI single.

Tiger Point 2 19, Gulf Breeze 2 0: Destini Ferraro scored three times for Tiger Point, while Jenny Watts scored twice. Sydney Ezelle had two hits, including a double, and scored twice.

GBSA T-Ball

Stein 15, Mastrangelo 14: Chris Durst and Corey Baughn both scored three times in the win, while Lauren McPhetridge, Cameron Stein, Austin Magnes and Simon Dunn all scored twice.

Hallie Hill, Josh Hitchcock, Madison Snyder and Elliott Miller all scored three times for Mastrangelo, while Joe Lloyd scored twice.

Stein 16, Snyder 15: Cameron Stein and Simon Dunn both scored three times for Stein, while Chris Durst, Corey Baughn and Conner Dyess all scored twice.

Paul Snyder, Zachary Burke and Matthew Scheurich scored three times for Snyder, while Victor Lawrence and Joe Voelkel both scored twice.

GBSA Senior League

Softball

Tiger Point 7, Paulus 2: Meredeth Chavers went 2-for-3 and scored twice for Tiger Point, while Katie McLelland went 2-for-3 and scored once.

Haley Bohannon and Becca Violette went 2-for-2 and scored once in the loss, while Breezy Paulus had two hits.
