Worship at the Water reopens this Sunday

Worship at the Water, an outreach of the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church, will begin on April 15 at Flounders on Pensacola Beach. The H2O band will be back to lead the service in music. This is a contemporary service, and shorts and flipflops are welcome. Neil Epler and Ruth Knights will be heading up leadership for worship. GBUMC Study begins on hearing God's voice

"Discerning the Voice of God: How to Recognize When God Speaks" begins on Wednesday evenings starting April 18 through May 30, 6-8 p.m. at the Community Life Center (Soundside Drive at Highway 98.) This is a Priscilla Shirer video based study with daily assignment and weekly group discussion, "Having a hard time know what God is saying versus what others are saying?" This study is designed to help you know the voice of God: His language, character, and tone of voice. Daily assignment and six weekly video based group discussion sessions. Workbook $13. A Couples Group is beginning on Sunday evenings April 15 - May 27, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the Main Campus, Room 8. The first study will be "Men are Like Waffles, Women are Like Spaghetti" Study book $12. Childcare available.

"A Powerful Prayer Life", a new study, begins Sunday, April 15, 10:45, Room 12 on the Main Campus (75 Fairpoint Drive.) Barbara Keene leads this study that is designed for all adults. Develop a powerful prayer life and continue on your journey of spiritual growth. Learn about different prayer types, guidelines and principles of prayer. Develop a pattern for study and prayer in your life. Workbook cost is $5. Sunday School or nursery provided for children. All programs of the church are open to the public. Engaged Encounter is this month at St. Ann

St Ann Catholic presents "Engaged Encounter" in Gulf Breeze April 28 to 29. Trained volunteers donate their gifts of time and talent to the engaged in our Catholic community. Early registration is recommended. This weekend experience offers a unique opportunity for couples to discover a deeper appreciation of their relationship and God's call to unite them in a permanent union. 'Loving Well' is topic of Bible study

A new Bible Study is beginning on Tuesday mornings, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. through May 8 at the Community Life Center. This is a Beth Moore video based study, "Loving Well," with daily assignments and weekly group discussions. We will never be able to love others well until we have been loved well.
