Global Warming, Local Solutions Rally - noon to 2 p.m. at Pensacola Beach Pavilion. Part of Step It Up 2007 that urges the U.S. Congress to take action to reduce carbon emissions by 80% by 2050. This campaign is being called the biggest public demonstration for the environment since the first Earth Day in the 1970s.
