Crawfish Festival funds will upgrade Chamber technology

Commerce members are hoping to turn tips into technology at the upcoming Bamboo Willie's Crawfish Festival. Chamber volunteers will be serving crawfish and accepting donations under the festival tent on Portofino Boardwalk, Friday through Sunday, April 20 through 22.

Chamber President Jeff Elbert announced that the donations received during the Crawfish Festival will be used to upgrade the technology needs at the Chamber.

"We have been assessing our current computer system and it looks like we need to upgrade our hardware and software," said Jeff.

"Please come out and enjoy the Festival and help the Chamber at the same time."
