Children's Chorus tickets now on sale Tickets for "SHOWTIME 2007," presented by the Pensacola Children's Chorus, went on sale April 3, 2007. "SHOWTIME 2007" is a fully staged production by ages 8 - 18 of the Pensacola Children's Chorus, with performances taking place at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, May 4 & 5, at the Saenger Theatre. Directed by Allen and Susan Pote, "SHOWTIME 2007" will feature a variety of music, spectacular costumes and lively choreography. Included will be a salute to the Saenger Theatre (which opened in 1925 as a vaudeville theater), as well as music from well-loved Broadway shows and the popular "High School Musical," a "Touch of Opera," a keyboard cabaret, and a special tribute to Admiral Jack Fetterman titled "To Build a Dream." Over 300 performers, comprising seven choirs, will entertain in this fast paced delightful evening of music. Directed by Allen and Susan Pote, "SHOWTIME 2007" features colorful costumes designed by LaRaye Ryan; choreography by Debbie Denes, Michael Dennis and guest choreographer Karen Hebert; and lighting by Mario Cieri.
