Soon, you can 'nosh' inside Andrews Institute
Eatery is an expansion of Pensacola's popular 'eat!' restaurant

Diane Henderiks will present a dietary workshop at nosh on April 14.
The Andrews Institute will soon offer world-class cuisine to compliment its world-class medical services. Executive Chef Lee Lucier and Chef Daniel Watts will tempt palates in Gulf Breeze with the newest edition to the eat! culinary family, nosh, the brainchild of Chef Lee.

The restaurant, whose owners say is a chic and contemporary establishment, is set to open inside the Andrews Institute Chef April 9.

Lee added that the menu would tastefully combine healthful flavors with fresh ingredients from the Gulf Coast. Guests can indulge in a reasonably priced selection of innovative cuisine paired with a carefully selected wine list.

On April 14, Diane Henderiks, of "Dietician in the Kitchen" fame, will appear at nosh for an interactive and informative weight management and disease prevention workshop.

Henderiks will offer a onehour presentation that includes a cooking demonstration with Lucier and lunch. For more information or reservations call eat! At 850-433-6905.

nosh will be open to the public for breakfast, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.; lunch, Monday through Friday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; convenience bar, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily; and fixed priced dining, reservations only, Fridays.
