GB Police Chief's son charged with larceny While Gulf Breeze Police Chief Peter Paulding was on vacation in Europe, his son was getting into hot water here at home. Paulding's son was arrested for a felony charge of larceny Monday, March 19. John Tyler Paulding, 35, was charged with allegedly stealing a little more than $300 worth of electronics products, said Sgt. Scott Haines with the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Department. "It was basically employee theft at Wal-Mart," Haines said, adding that the merchandise consisted mostly of DVD's and video games. "Wal-Mart ended up getting all their stuff back. It all totaled just a hair over $300." |
