ENTERTAINMENT BRIEFS Spring is just around the corner, and music fills the air! Or are we listening to the silky, sultry sounds of... murder? It might be both! Join Act4Murder as they team up with Relay for Life to present a comedic, musical murder mystery, "Murder on the Rebound" on Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24, at the Santa Rosa Medical Center Locklin Education Center in Milton. Murder on the Rebound revolves around a group of friends suddenly, unexpectedly, and mysteriously finding themselves widows. They're on the rebound, but be careful... whoever rebounds first, may also be last! Doors open at 6:00, with the dinner and show beginning at 6:30. The cost is $30 per person, and, in addition to the show, includes a 3-course meal. Tickets can be purchased by calling 850-626-9567 or at the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce, located at 5247 Stewart Street, in Milton (850- 623-2339). PLT presents 'The Little Prince' "The Little Prince" brings to life the fantasy tale from French author and pilot Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The Aviator has crash-landed in the Sahara Desert when he meets The Little Prince, a traveler from a distant asteroid. The Prince shares stories of his travels and the strange characters he has encountered, giving the Aviator new insight into the workings of our own world. Pensacola Little Theatre's Treehouse Family Theatre uses music and puppetry to bring the enchanting tale to the stage. "The Little Prince" is a Treehouse Family Theatre production at the Pensacola Cultural Center, 400 South Jefferson Street, Pensacola. Performances are March 23, 24, 25, 30, 31, and April 01, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00pm and Sundays at 2:30pm. Tickets are $14 to $18, with admission half price for Children ages 16 and younger. UWF has Japan Day The University of West Florida Japan House will present "Japan Day: Hands on Culture" March 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. at UWF Japan House and International Center, Building 71. The event is free and open to the public. Programs will include origami, calligraphy, Japan's geography, arts and crafts, children's games and play. The feature presentation will be a Chado tea ceremony demonstration by Noriko Ohwada from the headquarters of Chado Urasenke in Kyoto, Japan. Reservations for this presentation are requested.
