Gulf Breeze Hospital employees participated in a pie eating contest March 5. Why? Why not! Maybe because spring is almost here or more likely just to have some laughs, 25 employees paired up in teams, each one consisting of a feeder and an eater, to consume banana, chocolate and coconut cream pies. Food service provider for the hospital Sodexho contributed the sweets and mayhem ensued. Ramona Broaddus and Davy Scott from the operating room took the first place title by consuming three pies in five minutes.
