Vigil Mass at 3 p.m. for Daylight Saving

With the change to Daylight Saving Time, the Saturday Mass at St. Ann Gulf Breeze also changes. From March 17 until November 3, Saturday Vigil Mass will be at 5 p.m. at St. Ann.

When Standard Time returns, Vigil Mass will go back to 4 p.m.

Singles have St. Pat's party

The Singles Ministry of the Gulf Breeze United Methodist Church will have a St. Patrick's Day party on March 16, 6:30 p.m., at the Community Life Center. Rejoice Fitness class begins Tuesday

The Church is offering "Rejoice Fitness", a six week series beginning the week of March 20: It will be held on Tuesdays, 5:30-6:20 pm on the Main Campus (75 Fairpoint Drive,) Fellowship Hall, Wednesdays, 9:30-10:30 am at the Community Life Center (Soundside Drive at Highway 98), and Fridays, 9:30-10:20 am at the Main Campus Fellowship Hall. Strengthen your heart, mind, soul and body. Increase familiarity and knowledge of praise music and their artist. Experience the joy of being in fellowship with others. This is a new way to exercise with easy to follow movements that are choreographed to uplifting Christian praise music. Designed for beginning to intermediate fitness levels for all ages to supplement your exercise program. You'll laugh, be inspired and have fun! Brian Butler will be at XLT March 26

Nationally known speaker Brian Butler will speak at the next XLT event at St. Ann Catholic Church, Gulf Breeze.

The event will be Monday, March 26 at 6 p.m. XLT (Exalt) features high-energy praise and adoration tailored for youth.

Brian Butler is co-founder of Dumb Ox Productions, Inc. He served as the Associate Director for Youth Catechesis in the Archdiocese of New Orleans for two years, after spending five years teaching theology and coordinating campus ministry at the high school level.

He has over 12 years of youth ministry experience and is co-author of Theology of the Body for Teens (Ascension Press, 2006), a high school curriculum based on John Paul II's teaching on human love according to God's plan.
