Sales tax renewal is topic of Town Hall meeting

A Town Hall Meeting regarding the proposed renewal of the half cent sales tax to benefit the School District will be Monday, March 19 at 6 p.m. at the Holley Navarre Middle School Library. The event is sponsored by the Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee. The public is invited.

Superintendent John Rogers and School Board Chair Diane Coleman will answer questions regarding the proposed renewal of the sales tax. An election on whether the tax should be continued will be March 27. Written Questions from attendees may be presented to the Government Affairs Committee in advance.
