Dolphins edge Pine Forest, 3-1
Tober fans 12 for second straight game, including final three of game

      Two weeks ago, Greg Tober pitched one of the best games of his life, but didn't get the result he wanted. But on Friday, he did. Tober threw a complete game four-hitter and struck out 12 as the Dolphins edged Pine Forest 3-1 Friday in Gulf Breeze.

Ten Bayside teams among 65-team tournament

Big fish, big award
      Travis Gill (right), age 15, was named The Billfish Foundation's top junior angler in the 13-15 year old age group at their annual awards banquet Feb. 1 in the Miami Beach Rod and Reel Club. He was also named the overall junior angler.

      Kim Begley (top), Kristi Lee (left) and Katie Patterson will represent Gulf Breeze in the inaugural Pensacola Sports Association All Star Soccer Game tonight at Brosnaham Park. The trio led Gulf Breeze to a 4A state runner up finish last month.

Junior Ranger Day Camp starts March 14
      Children ages 8 - 11 are invited to join park rangers for a Junior Ranger Day Camp on Wednesday, March 14, or Thursday, March 22, 9 a.m. to 12 noon at Naval Live Oaks Visitor Center. The day camp will be wild about wildlife and features the natural and cultural history of the National Seashore.
