"Our position is straightforward," Gonzalez said. "We see the growth in the area, and we recognize the need for really attractive - but reasonably priced - furniture for buyers, along with an outlet for folks who are remodeling and want an alternative to putting their good stuff out on the driveway to sell at garage-sale prices."
