Bumper stickers and men
      I like bumper stickers! My old Jeep was held together by bumper stickers, and when Ivan took it, the bumper stickers were on the driveway plastered to the pavement. They last forever and can say a message in a single sentence. It is brevity at it's best.

      Pensacola Beach Elementary School (PBES) Teacher of the Year Debbie Campanella would never have bet that she'd be 2006 PBES teacher of the year. In fact, she isn't a betting woman. She learned the hard way when she bet Bear Bryant would not lose to Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl in 1973.

      The rickety wooden lifeguard towers on Pensacola Beach could be replaced with more modern equivalents if the Santa Rosa Island Authority (SRIA) Public Safety Director Bob West has his way. West wants Escambia County officials to purchase six fully enclosed, fiberglass, weather resistant towers.
