'Good Samaritan' crossing causes crash
      An accident occurred in on Hwy. 98 on Wednesday, Feb. 21 as a result of a "Good Samaritan" crossing. According to Gulf Breeze Police Department reports, Brian Meister of Gulf Breeze was in the turn lane attempting to enter the Harbourtown while traffic in the two eastbound lanes were stopped.

Alleged drunk driver hits six cars in Navarre

      An allegedly drunk driver is suspected of damaging six vehicles before leaving the beach during Mardi Gras weekend. Ruth Champion, 55, was arrested for drunk driving Feb. 17 after colliding with at least three parked vehicles in the Navarre Beach parking lot.
