Andrews docs discuss preventing baseball injuries

Andrews Institute affiliated physicians will be guest speakers at a Navarre Youth Sports Association sponsored education event Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. at Navarre High School cafeteria. Area coaches, student athletes and parents are encouraged to attend.

Dr. Josh Hackel and Dr. Roger Ostrander will talk about preventing baseballrelated injuries. The discussion will highlight common injuries and how they can be prevented. Baptist Health Care FirstRehab will provide exercise demonstrations that can help reduce the risk of injury and improve performance.
