Week 3 GBSA scores

The following is a recap of Week 3 in the Gulf Breeze Sports Association youth basketball league.

7-8 Coeds

Thompson 16, Stringfellow 8: Cole Sheppard had six points for Thompson, while Taylor Kehoe had four and Jake Weldon Connor Thompson and Emily Hoeflich two each.

Jake Hering and Brian Joyner both had four points for Stringfellow.

Grace 25, Hoskins 8: Hans Schroeder scored 10 points for Grace, while Zach Pohlman had six and Bo Fabbro five and Spencer Grace and Evan Schulz two each.

Owen Hayes had six points for Hoskins and Eric Finger had two.

Taylor 12, Larsen 11: Alec Grimes had five points for Taylor, while Jacob Pettijohn had four, Jake Molina three and Grant Freeman and Frances Williams one each.

Nicholas Myers had ten points for Larsen and Malcom Candrieu had one.

Hawkins 22, Barnes 7: Eric Czeck and Casey Warford both had eight points for Hawkins, while Bailey Wilson had four and Kiersten Edlund two.

Alanna Zambetti had four points for Barnes and Macey Hicks three.

11-14 Girls

Bryant 30,Welsh 21: Richelle Czeck had 10 points for Bryant, while Courtney Radcliffe and Jessica Bryant had six each, Katie Bowyer five and Katie Munsch three.

Emma Kimsal had seven points for Welsh, while Natalie Welsh had four and Samantha Welsh, Sarah Tolan, Kerrie Shaw, Jill Bunze and Kayla Cayson two each.

Hawthorne 18, Brown 9: Lindsey Hawthorne had five points for Hawthorne, while Coral Molina and Brianna Carrie had four each, Maggie Hooks three and Rebecca Violette one.

9-10 Girls

Clark 15, Ferrara 9:Savannah Nixon had eight points for Clark, while Alexandra Karcher had five and Alexa Clark two.

Laura Riney had five points for Ferrara, while Katrina Espenscheid had four.

Rockett 25, Crowdis 8: Cate Hodges had seven points for Rockett, while Bailey Trazcinski and Emily Radcliffe had six each, Natalie Neff four, Katherine Hess and Amanda Holder two each.

Selena Lillo had eight points for Crowdis, while Jessie Droogsma and Ashley Truax had two each.

9-10 Boys

Crowdis 18, Mink 9: Blake Fourine had eight points for Crowdis, while Tyler Ueberchaer had six and Jett Crowdis and Alex Barham two each..

Christian Latte had four points for Mink. Harley Spann had three points and Tristan Hicks had two.

Stringfellow 25, Battel 20: Troy Stringfellow had eight points for Stringfellow, while Julian Gordon had six, Garner Currington five, Mac Pewitt four and Austin Faircloth two.

Jacob Smith had 14 points for Battel. Andy Creech had four points. Jace Amberson had two points.

Newell 24, Flake 21: Scott Baker had eight points for Newell, while Joshua Argentine had seven, Zachary Argentine and Joe Lennon four each Bryce St. Ores two.

Auston Fillinger had ten points for Flake, while Logan Smith and Matthew DeMahy had four points. Michael Flake had two points.

Aydelott 26, Gill 16: Jack Joyner had 14 points for Aydelott, while Brandon Adeylott had six, Hunter Davis four and Josh Martin two.

Matthew DeMahy had six points for Gill, while Zane Gill and Peyton Hoover had four each and Tyler Phelps two.

Jarvis 20, Crowdis 16: Cole Brown had 11 points for Jarvis, while Kale Jarvis had five and Austin Dewees and Danny Gill two each.

Blake Fourine had eight points for Crowdis, while Brian Garbell had six. and Trey Smith two.

11-12 Boys

Maddox 38, Dekozan 29: Jonathan Burkett had 28 points for Maddox, while Luke Cunningham had six and Matthew Clay and Curtiss Thies two each.

Mitchell Dekozan had 14 points for Dekozan, while Landon Cagle and Nathan Youngman had seven each and James Mozur one.

Newell 30, Hawthorne 16: Nicholas Kessler had 11 points for Newell, while Michael DeMahy had nine, Nick Gupta six and Carson Sharp four.

Robbie McLin, Keenan Robinson, Matthew Hawthorne and John Mark Carbaugh had four each for Hawthorne.

Chavez 29, Watts 28: Joshua Monserrate had 16 points for Chavez, while Trevor Johnson and Reid Torgersen had four each, Alec Chavis and Jack Tamburro two each and Marco Pena one.

Harrison Rhodes had eight points for Watts, while Blake Meredith had seven, Jacob Doyle and Taylor Busbee six each and Bobby Radcliffe one.

Taylor 26, Fry 23: Christopher had 11 points for Taylor, while Westin De Motts had nine, Alex Meade four points and Hayden Hill two.

Joel Fry had 14 points for Fry, while Nick Bookout had five and Joshua Goldstein and Kyle Folland two each.

Castleberry 28, Battel 24: Allen Wang had 16 points for Castleberry, while Reno Routh had eight, Patrick Roane three and Eric Larsen one.

Xan Sarra had seven points for Battel, while Andrew Flynn had five. Griffin Battel and Nate Hoskins four each amd Andrew Peklo and Sam Hoskins two each.

13-14 Boys

Adkins 37, Hughes 31: Andrew Zambetti had 12 points for Adkins, while Mitchell Delgado had seven, Michael Simhachalan and Zack Batson six each, Tyler Miller three, Andrew Clark two and Kyle McKissack one.

Thomas Rockhill and Mason Barnes had eight points for Hughes, while Garrett Reeves had seven, and Reed Wojtys, Ethan Freidland, Stefan Harper and Ross O'Hara two each..

Challenor 43, Morrison 32: Tyler Williams had 16 points for Challenor, while Trevor Challenor had 12, Taylor Webb and Cal Campbell six each and Christopher Kessler three.

Sammy Byrne had 12 points for Morrison, while Corey Lowden had seven, Jack Hoehn and Hunter Byrne five each and Colin Brewer three.

Brown 42, Battel 20: Bryce Wein had 11 points for Brown, while Nick Romjue had nine, Colin Murphy eight, Justin Ratte seven, Nathan Gupta five and Chase Perdue two.

Jordan Battel had six points for Battel, while Jeffery Smith had five, Clay Pfeiffer four, Jordan Bennett three and Hunter Bradshaw and Derek Daily one each.

Catellier 40, Custard 33: Brandon Peklo had nine points for Catellier, while Max Cyr had eight, Tyler Wright six, Shannon Chapman five and Michael Schmitz, Kalani Routh and Paul Spraggins four each.

Jay Halford had 16 points for Custard, while Jordan Reid had six, Joshua Crabtree and Trip Neese four each and Christopher Cooke three.
