St. Sylvester hosts concert series

"Evenings in Navarre II" is the 2007 concert series presented by St. Sylvester Catholic Church located at 6464 Gulf Breeze Parkway. A series of four concerts will provide the Navarre/Gulf Breeze community with a variety of music sure to appeal to all ages and interests.

The Pensacola Opera will perform on Saturday, February 3 at 7:30 p.m. as the first concert. The University of West Florida's Cantabile Baroque Ensemble will be presented on Saturday, March 24th at 7:30 p.m. The Perdido Brass will then perform on Saturday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m. These three concerts are $6 for adults and $4 for students.

Finally, a special presentation titled, "Irish Variety Show" will be presented on Tuesday, March 6 at 7 p.m. and will be $10 for adults and $5 for students. Season tickets which include all four events are available for $25 for adults and $15 for students. Tickets will be on sale after masses each weekend at the church or at the parish office located at 7552 Navarre Parkway, Suite 22, Navarre during normal business hours.
