"Mr. Jim" walks to The Greenery each morning from Huntingdon Arms Apartments to enjoy breakfast at a table reserved especially for him. Greenery waitress Melinda Porzenheim always watches for him, and has a hot cup of coffee waiting for him. "It's a good routine," said 'Mr. Jim' of his daily walk to the Gulf Breeze Restaurant. "And I like the food and the service." He celebrated his 83rd birthday on Saturday, once again with a walk and a meal at the Greenery.
