Clinical Manager selected for Andrews Institute Physical Rehabilitation

S c o t t deMahy has been named p h y s i c a l r e h a b i l i t a - tion manager for the B a p t i s t FirstRehab clinic at the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. His responsibilities include marketing services to area physicians, insurance providers, affiliated rehabilitation sites and other referral sources, both nationally and regionally. Additionally deMahy will direct continuing education programs, implement Andrews Institute protocols, and oversee research projects and outcome studies.

Having a bachelor's degree in applied science from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, in 1996 deMahy earned a degree in physical therapy from Hogeschool Eschede in the Netherlands. He has been employed with Baptist Health Care for 10 years.

Navarre Chamber announces new director

The Navarre Chamber has officially hired its next executive director. Tracey Terry has accepted an offer to become the new director and has officially started as of January 2.

Tracey has been the E.D. at the Navarre Area Board of Realtors for the past several years. She was able to turn the fledgling organization around to the successful and thriving community board that they are today. She comes with a great deal of experience and the area looks forward to working with her. She is working toward the common goal of making Navarre a better place to live, work and do business.
