It's a family affair at Papa's Pizza

Ever since Jim Brown sold his pizza restaurant in New Hampshire all those years ago he longed to once again serve great pizza to the local community. Jim and Lynda Brown, Gulf Breeze residents since 1991, purchased Papa's Pizza in the Gulf Breeze Wal-Mart plaza in early November 2006, and have been busy ever since.

For them it has become a family venture with sons Evan and Jarred and Lynda's father and mother, Phil and Kathy Kiklis tossing pizzas and working the ovens.

Papa's Pizza specializes in New York style thin crust pizza. They also offer thick crust Sicilian pizza, stromboli, calzones, spaghetti and meatballs, Greek salads, and antipasti salads.

Brown attributes the great taste of papa's Pizza to using the same recipe that was created when Papa's was founded in 1947 and by using the finest Italian cheeses. He also makes the dough daily to ensure a great tasting crust.
