He had a humorous loving spirit enjoying friends, family, students, laughter, cooking, playing darts, the beach, a stiff drink and the Blues Brothers. He was owner/operator of Computers of Gulf Breeze since 1994, originally from Chicago. He served in the Army from 1963-1966. He was a member of the Krewe of Brewe and Elks Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Sherry; sons, Rich, Justin; step-son, Cameron Zack; sisters, Gloria and Theresa; numerous, nieces, nephew, cousins and a multitude of friends. He attended a one room schoolhouse not far from his home through the fourth grade. His parents, Frank and Lucille Fryman, and his two brothers Frank Jr. and Steve moved to Wilmore, Kentucky when he was in the fifth grade. Known as "Billy" to his friends, he quickly became known for his athletic skills in multiple sports. While attending Jessamine County High School he was often cited in the local newspaper for his "aggressive defensive play" and high scoring in basketball. Following high school graduation in 1961 he enrolled at Asbury College, majoring in Physical Education and continuing with his athletic endeavors.
