Franklin Hayes/Gulf Breeze News Construction continues on two parcels of land near the intersection of U.S. 98 and Sterling Point Drive (pictured above). According to the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, the property is being developed by Skyline Marketplace Gulf Breeze. Although no final building plans had been submitted as of Sept. 17, construction crews are busy installing underground retention. She and her late husband Stan moved to Gulf Breeze in June of 2002 to be near their daughter Patricia Woodburn who is a local realtor.
