      Rotary Reverse Raffle raising funds for scholarships Rotary is hosting its third annual Reverse Raffle to raise funds for the four $5,000 scholarships it awards each year. A limited number of $50 tickets are sold, and are entered into the 'pot' to be drawn out....one by one....until three tickets remain.
