      "Rush Hour 3" Running time: 90 minutes MPAA rating: PG-13 It saddens me to say this, but Jackie Chan needs to stop making action films. At age 53, the poor guy looks like he's in his 60s, and he no longer does the kinds of stunts that made him a worldwide star.

      The Visual Arts Gallery at the Anna Lamar Switzer Center for Visual Arts kicks off its 2007- 2008 Lyceum exhibits at Pensacola Junior College (PJC) with artists Dale Fairbanks, Jeremy Jernegan and Matt Roberts. The exhibit runs now through Oct. 19. The opening reception is 6 to 8 p.m. Aug. 30.
