Driver arrested for DUI

A young man riding a bicycle was killed alongside Highway 98 early Sunday morning. At approximately 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 19 Navarre resident Gerran Clayton Copeland, 17, was hit from behind by a van traveling the same direction. A police report stated Copeland was thrown from the bicycle, landed in a nearby ditch and was pronounced dead at the scene. More...
