$28,000 grant helps Good Samaritan Clinic provide medical care

      The South Santa Rosa Interfaith ministries (SSRIM) received a $28,000 grant from The Blue Foundation for a Healthy Florida, an affiliate of Blue Cross and Blue shield of Florida (BCBS). The monies will be used to purchase medications for the Good Samaritan Clinic (GSC).

Seminar Focuses on genetic testing for cancer
      The next GoldenCare meeting at Gulf Breeze Hospital is set for Tuesday, April 24 in in the cafeteria. Light refreshments at 7:30 a.m. The program begins at 8 a.m. The Baptist Cancer Institute team will present education and information on genetic testing that is available for breast, ovarian and colorectal cancer.
