Icons are topic of Lenten Study at St. Francis
      This year's Lenten Study at St. Francis of Assisi in Gulf Breeze addresses Icons and Iconography. Patricia Resmondo, Iconographer, is guiding the worshippers into the world of Icons and Iconography. Resmondo is a resident of Pensacola and a member of Christ Church. Some of her work, representing the Nativity and Resurrection of Christ, adorns the chapel at Christ Church in Pensacola.

Lecture series at First Presbyterian Church explores the role of church in a disturbing world
      The public is invited to attend the annual Harbison Lecture Series at the First Presbyterian Church downtown Pensacola. Each year the church brings in a nationally-renowned lecturer on a topic of significant relevance to today's religious community. The lecture series, an exciting event in the life of the church and our community, will be held on Sunday and Monday, March 11 and 12.
