St. Sylvester hosts concert series
      "Evenings in Navarre II" is the 2007 concert series presented by St. Sylvester Catholic Church located at 6464 Gulf Breeze Parkway. A series of four concerts will provide the Navarre/Gulf Breeze community with a variety of music sure to appeal to all ages and interests.

Dolphins celebrate Senior Night with win
Gibson scores four goals in 10-0 win over Panthers, beat Gators 6-0 on Senior Night
      The Gulf Breeze Dolphin soccer team got two goals from Jake Ceravolo as they blanked Escambia 6-0 on Senior Night Jan. 10 at Dolphin Stadium. Cory Gibson, Nik Hoskins, Eric Keasler, Johnny Miller, Clarke O'Connor, Ross Sakey and Chris Thomas were all honored before the game.

Lady Dolphins beat Catholic for 17th win of season
      The Gulf Breeze Lady Dolphin soccer team will enter this week's District 1-4A Tournament off a 3-1 win at Catholic Thursday. Gulf Breeze (17-4-3) is the top seed in the nine-team tournament this year, which is at Dolphin Stadium. The Lady Dolphins will face Wednesday's Navarre-West Florida Tech winner in a semifinal match at 8 p.m. tonight.

      Derek Jeter takes a swing during the first day of Dolphin baseball tryouts Monday. Gulf Breeze will host a Preseason Classic Feb. 8-9 against Woodham, Pine Forest and West Florida Tech. Their regular season opener is Feb. 13 at Pace. They will host the District 1- 4A Tournament, starting April 23.

Dolphin wrestlers roll over Milton
      The Gulf Breeze wrestling team won every match except for two in a recent 62-9 win over Milton in Gulf Breeze. Results are as follows: 103 lb. class - Forfeit for both teams. No points awarded. 112 - George Weisnicht (GB) won by forfeit. 119 - Hellar (M) won 9=2 decision over Stephen Houser (GB).

She scored 10 points in a game against PHS on Dec. 1. A member of the Latin Club, Munsch also has a 4.0 grade point average.
