FPRA welcomes new members

The Pensacola Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association inducted seven new members at its November meeting. During the ceremony, each communication professional was thanked for their commitment to the field of public relations and presented with a membership pin.

New members included Dave Darlington, Leah Harrison, George L. Markfelder, Angelique Turner, Tonya Ellis, Paul Chestnutt and Carrie Smith. With the addition of these seven professionals, the chapter now boasts 90 active members.

The Florida Public Relations Association is dedicated to developing public relations practitioners who, through ethical and standardized practices, enhance the public relations profession in Florida. The Pensacola chapter meets the third Thursday of each month at the Pensacola Civic Center. Monthly programs focus on professional development for the public relations practitioner.
