Bay Beach Inn deplorable

Our former Holiday Inn (now Bay Beach Inn) has fallen into such terrible disrepair that it's shameful!

Here we are, in the process of building, in our little city, the most modern and prestigious orthopedic clinic in the country and we don't even have a decent motel to offer our visitors.

It is beyond my comprehension why the Holiday Inn sold this property it was certainly well located and doing a fine business, but it has changed hands and the present owner has allowed the property to disintegrate into rubble!

Is there nothing we can do to encourage the owner to take pride in his motel and in our beloved city and to restore this motel to a decent accommodation for our visitors? Sincerely,
